1. Business Identification and Crypto Wallet Usage

TLG Global is not a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider. However, L Hotels Latvia SIA, a related entity registered in Latvia (registration No. 40203609052 ; registered office: Mazā Smilšu iela, Centra rajons, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia), maintains a cryptocurrency wallet to accept incoming payments from:

• Investors purchasing share capital in L Hotels Latvia SIA

• Vendors providing goods or services to L Hotels Latvia SIA

2. Acceptance of Cryptocurrency Payments

2.1 Supported Cryptocurrencies We accept incoming payments in:

• Bitcoin (BTC)

• Ethereum (ETH)

• USD-pegged stablecoins (USDC, USDT)

2.2 Payment Process a. L Hotels Latvia SIA will issue an invoice specifying the crypto amount and wallet address. b. Payers must transfer funds from a personal or corporate wallet compliant with our KYC requirements. c. Transactions are credited upon network confirmation (minimum three confirmations for BTC/ETH; one confirmation for stablecoins). d. Crypto funds are converted to fiat by our licensed exchange partner at prevailing market rates and remitted to L Hotels Latvia SIA’s bank account.

3. AML/CTF Compliance and KYC/CDD Procedures

3.1 Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

• All payers must complete KYC: government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-fund declaration.

• Enhanced due diligence applies for transactions over €10,000 or involving high-risk jurisdictions.

3.2 Ongoing Monitoring L Hotels Latvia SIA employs transaction-monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity, reports any red-flagged transactions to the Latvian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and may freeze or refuse transactions pending investigation.

4. Risk Disclosures

• Volatility Risk: Cryptocurrency values are subject to rapid changes; you bear the risk of value fluctuations between payment and conversion.

• Regulatory Risk: Future changes in Latvian or international crypto regulations may impact processing times or legality.

• Technical Delays & Irreversibility: Blockchain congestion can delay confirmation. Confirmed crypto transfers cannot be reversed; unconfirmed transfers may be canceled at our discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Site and our wallet services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and KYC.

• Use the wallet only for lawful transactions with L Hotels Latvia SIA.

• Safeguard your wallet credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Comply with transaction limits, fees, and other terms communicated on the Site.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal and financial data in accordance with:

• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

• Latvian Personal Data Processing Law

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall first be referred to mediation in Riga, Latvia.

• If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be finally decided by the courts in Riga, Latvia.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability Except where prohibited by law, L Hotels Latvia SIA and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data arising from crypto payments.

8.2 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L Hotels Latvia SIA, TLG Global, and their officers, employees, and agents against any losses, claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the wallet.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will notify users of material changes via email or Site announcement at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
